Stuck in a mini-bureaucracy, part 2

In part 1, I'd begun transferring some domains from one registrar to another, as well as their ownership.

After emailing the registrar, they kindly responded with a simple seven-step guide. It seemed easy enough, but I'm currently stuck on step 3. According to the guide, I should follow the instuctions to confirm the creation of the account. But I haven't received any instructions... I'll have to send them another email.
